My roommate of 7 years recently moved out of our spacious 2-bedroom apartment to go to grad school. Looking for a female housemate to sign a new year lease with me starting as soon as possible.

The apartment is part of a 6-unit building in a quiet area of Palo Alto near California Avenue. Walking/biking distance from Stanford. Laundry onsite. As you can see in the pictures, the kitchen and living room are fully furnished. The card table in the dining room is temporary. If you have a table, great! If not, we can get one. The common space is great for hosting small get-togethers (though with COVID these have been on hiatus).

A bit about me: I’m in my 30s and work as an administrator at Stanford. I’m fairly quiet and clean. Definitely a morning person. I like to run, read and go for walks. I’m fully vaccinated and follow all the covid protocols. I enjoy being involved in my local church community and hanging out with friends.
