Looking for someone who can sign a lease beginning in September. The apartment will be partially furnished (kitchen, living room, dining area, possibly some bedroom furniture). The pictures are of the unfurnished apartment, but I'm more than happy to send along pictures once furniture is moved in. The deposit is $1000, while rent is $1350 excluding utilities (gas, electric, internet).

I’m a clean and friendly guy in his early 30s. I’m originally from the bay area, but lived out east for a while for grad school before recently moving back. I imagine I’ll be away from the house a decent amount of the time, but do like to come back to a clean and friendly house environment. I currently work from home, but try to get into the office when possible. Hobbies-wise, I’m a big fan of running, biking, backpacking, and kayaking.
