• No central AC but portable ACs permitted
• Rent for 1 bedroom & bathroom: approx. $1475/month + utilities

You would apply and will join me on the lease, which starts September 1 and ends on August 31, 2022.
You could move in immediately after your application is approved.

• Recent Stanford CS grad, male, doing research at a tech company
• Quiet, clean, don't smoke, COVID-conscious
• Overnight guests limited to a few times per month
