I currently live in a beautiful 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome in Mountain View with 2 other roommates. One of the housemates is moving out by the end of this month, so the room will be available on October 1st (potentially a lot earlier - as early as September 15). The lease is currently month-to-month and while I plan to keep it open-ended, I’m looking for someone who can stay for at least a year.

Home Details
The home is about 5 minutes walking distance to a Google shuttle shop and about 15 minutes walking distance from Castro St. It is a good 4 mile biking distance (20 minute ride) to Google via Stevens Creek or a 10 minute drive. There is plenty of parking in the open parking lot and street parking nearby. There is an in unit washer and dryer of high quality. The kitchen appliances are all relatively new and high quality; we have a gas oven/stove top. Total home size is 1,488 square feet.

Room Details
The bedroom has hardwood floors, a very spacious closet (all the shelving is built in), high ceilings and plenty of natural light (See the photos!). You will be sharing a bathroom with me (the one with the standing shower). We will split utilities evenly (and they come out to ~$100/ month per person). Rent for the room is $1500/month.
