Beautiful and newly-renovated house with mature and unique foliage, a large front and backyard and oversized bedrooms.

House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and I am also happy to rent by bedroom instead of the entire house. One bedroom is a master with its own bathroom and a cozy patio that leads to the backyard. Bedrooms are large and comfortable and great to work from home from.

Kitchen comes with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and gas stove and oven. Large size laundry room includes washer, dryer and lots of cupboards for storage and can double as a pantry.

Front and backyards have a range of unique flowers and fruit trees including lemons, bair, blackberries, avocado and apricots. Backyard is great for entertaining and all backyard furniture pictured and a large bbq grill come with the house. We’ve loved this house and are sad to move.
