Our house (4B2.5ba) will have two bedrooms opening up this winter (officially Jan 15, but extremely flexible). A very nice community called University Square in East Palo Alto just across the 101 about 15 minutes' bike ride from campus, neighborhood is a friendly mix of young families and young professionals. Walk to Target/Home Depot/Nordstrom Rack, 10 minute bike ride to downtown Palo Alto.

House is a standalone unit with private backyard. In-unit washer/dryer in separate laundry room, hardwood floors, dishwasher, gas stoves, air conditioning, two car garage + driveway space + free (ample) street parking. We currently have a dedicated office space for WFH that may be updated to exercise room or similar. Current roommates are all older PhD students. No pets, sorry.

Bedroom 2: 11'11" x 9'10" with (small) walk-in closet, comfortably fits queen bed + large desk, shared bathroom with 2 others, current rent $1200.
Bedroom 3: Master suite, 14'7" x 13'9" with large walk-in closet, private bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, separate tub. Couples welcome, rent $1800.
