The space:
Located in the quiet 'Friendly Acres' neighborhood on the cusp of Redwood City and Menlo Park, this modern cottage is a tranquil gem in the fast-paced Silicon Valley region. Surrounded by more than 10 different fruit trees, guests are free to pick figs, enjoy Asian pears, and snack on apricots-- among many others-- when in season!

This location has easy access to the 101 Freeway and is a short 10-minute drive to downtown Redwood City, where you can enjoy great food, shopping, movie theater, and events. In addition, the Marsh Manor plaza-- complete with Starbucks, restaurants, bar, grocery store, and other services-- is within easy walking distance.

The cottage itself benefits from ample natural light, and for your convenience comes fully-furnished with a queen-sized bed, extra dresser storage, open closet with drawers, and desk with chair. NOTE: There is a skylight without shade above the main bedroom area.

Kitchenette amenities include a mini refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, and basic cookware.

Additionally, bath towels and some incidentals are included. Free secure WiFi is available on-site, and free parking is available in the driveway and along the streets 24/7. Plenty of storage space in the garage as well.
