Very large bedroom in 3 bedroom 2 bath house with large yard. Can come furnished or not. No extra charge for furnished. You share the bathroom with 1 other person. Shared kitchen as well with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, instant pot, fridge, freezer, oven, stove) and a separate spacious laundry room. Laundry is free (not coin or card operated).

The room itself is very large and has a built in large closet. I’ve been able to fit in a king bed, dresser, workstation, book case, shelves, kids desk and an entire toy cabinet and still have lots of space left!! Attached picture is of room professional staged but I’m happy to do zoom tours or in person showing of the room as I’ve set it up. I’ve loved living here and am sad to be moving out of state.

Utilities are flat fee $125/month. Includes gas, electricity, heating, water and garbage collection.

Pets welcome. Lots of parking in the driveway. The other two bedrooms in the house have also been listed for rent. Move in date Oct 10th
