I am moving from a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at Eaves Mountain View at Middlefield. The place is available from October 11. The lease is until Jan 10 after which it is renewable.
About the roommates:
A married couple in their 20s, both working professionals. The roommates are very friendly and sweet people. They mostly keep to themselves.
Being in the rent control area in Mountain View, the lease renewal will stay close to current rent, which is great since we got the pandemic rates. For the new flatmate (single/duo, male/female, working professional/student - max 2 people). The price will be $1440/month plus share of the utilities with the other roommate. If anyone is interested in this apartment or knows someone who is looking for something similar, please let me know.
