Very large bedroom in spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Can come furnished or not. No extra charge for furnished. You share the bathroom with 1 other person. Shared kitchen as well with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, instant pot, fridge, freezer, oven, stove) and a separate spacious laundry room. Laundry is free (not coin or card operated).

The room itself is very large and has a built in large closet. I’ve been able to fit in a king bed, dresser, workstation, book case, shelves, kids desk and an entire toy cabinet and still have lots of space left!! I’m happy to do zoom tours or in person showing of the room as I’ve set it up. I’ve loved living here and am sad to be moving out of state.

House has a big yard and driveway. Shared with 2 other professionals. Everyone is quiet and respectful. Only 4 pics allowed on supost so message me for more pictures

Utilities are flat fee $125/month. Includes gas, electricity, heating, water, wifi and garbage collection.

Pets welcome. Lots of parking in the driveway. Earliest move in date is Nov 1st. Can be flexible for move in date but not earlier than Nov 1st.
