I am a recent graduate who is looking for someone to take over our lease of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Redwood City. It's an apartment part of Franklin Irvine Community. There is a pool, and a 24 hr gym. It's 3 blocks from the Caltrain, and is just a 15 min drive to Stanford's main campus.

You can move in as soon as you'd like. The lease runs till March 15 2022. It's perfect for someone looking for a place for Winter Quarter. At that point in time, you can chose to renew the lease for your preferred length of duration.

The apartment itself, has a balcony, and a full-kitchen. It's been a truly wonderful place to stay. It's surrounded by phenomenal (+ reasonable) food. The apartment comes with 1 parking spot. For a second car, there's plenty of spots in the overflow parking lot.

It's also pet-friendly. We've had 2 dogs in this apartment. It's been truly wonderful.
