I'm looking for a subletter for my room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment right by the California Ave farmers market and Peer's Park. It is a ~10 minute bike ride to the med campus (shorter to the main campus)

The room: Large (can fit king bed and a desk) w/ 2 closets

The apartment: hardwood floors throughout, large living area, pet friendly!!, responsive, but non-invasive landlord
Utilities range from 45-90 dollars a month depending on heat usage

Timing: Take over the lease from December (flexible) to May with the ability to renew the lease for another year

Roommate: Stanford Grad student, woman, plays the piano and is extremely respectful and pleasant to be around!

We watch movies, make coffee and eat together regularly.
