We are a group of MD and PhD students looking for roommates to fill 2 rooms in our home in Los Altos Hills (5 miles, 15 minutes drive, to campus).

The rooms will be available to move in starting in mid-December (dates flexible) and rent would begin in January. Ideally, we are looking for a 6-18 month commitment. There are 4 possible rooms you could take in the house. Bedroom 1 (Photos 24 & 26, upstairs, shared bathroom): $1,350/mo + utilities
Bedroom 2 (Photos 30 & 31, upstairs, shared bathroom): $1,350/mo + utilities
Bedroom 3 (Photos 35, upstairs, shared bathroom, terrace access): $1,100/mo + utilities
Bedroom 4 (Photos 7-12, downstairs master, private bathroom): $1,600/mo + utilities

The house is 5 miles from campus located in a beautiful community with tons of nearby hiking and a horse pasture. We have a pool we make heavy use of during the warmer months. We regularly spend evenings and weekends together watching movies, having dinner, or going out in the area. Ideal roommates are sociable, but clean.
