House is shared with two roommates who work from home and are quiet and clean. Front yard maintained by gardener included in rent. The additional costs are internet and PG&E - about $20 for both per person per month. Unfurnished, no pets, no smoking. The bathroom is shared with one other person. A five-minute drive from downtown Sunnyvale in a family neighborhood. The room is open on Dec 1. Honestly, it's a really nice place and the roommates are really kind.
