I just signed a lease on a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Milpitas (about 25 minutes from Stanford) and am looking to fill the other two rooms. I am a 26 year old male young professional, and am open to both male or female roommates (I have lived with both). The house is spacious with a really nice backyard.

Amenities include:
-Washer and dryer in unit
-Fenced in backyard
-Full kitchen
-Private bath in master, one other shared bath
-Garage with storage space
-Very close to restaurants and grocery stores
-Safe and friendly neighborhood

I do have 2 well behaved dogs, so you must be dog friendly.

Rent will be $1150 per room, plus we will split utilities. If you want the master bedroom with the private bath then it would be $1250.
