Hey all,

Our amazing roommate Jon has purchased his first home and will be moving out of our 3BR Sunnyvale house in the next two months. My other roommate Hlu and I are looking for someone to fill a single bedroom with a shared bathroom near downtown Sunnyvale for $1150/month + ~$100 in utilities per month. The room is about 11' x 9' with a decent sized closet. The room will come unfurnished, but the rest of the house will be furnished.

The house is in a great location: a block away from Target, Sprouts, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, and downtown Sunnyvale. There's a nice and furnished backyard which is perfect for hanging out, a 2 car garage, modern appliances, and in unit washer/dryer. There is also central AC and heat.

You'll be living with two late-20s young professionals. I am in my last year of medical school at Stanford (currently applying for residency) and Hlu Wanglue Vang is a scribe at Stanford Hospital. We are clean and chill in the house, and can also be really social. Looking for the same in a potential roommate. Of note, we are currently on a month to month lease, with the option for a full year lease later in the Winter/Spring.
