Are you looking for a short term room rental for the month of December? This spacious Palo Alto house is located 1 mile from the San Antonio station, a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, and a 10-minute drive to Stanford campus.

The room will be available from December 2nd to January 7th. This is a great option for folks who are new to the area and looking for a temporary spot before finding something more permanent. $900 including electricity, utilities, and internet.

The room is located in a spacious Palo Alto house with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This spacious/furnished bright private bedroom has a large window overlooking a large backyard. The house is equipped with an in-house washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, grill, patio, and several large living areas.

We are currently a close group of community-oriented housemates in our mid 20s to early 30s who work in energy, health, academia, gaming, and technology.

Our house has a two-car garage currently filled with bikes, skis, surfboards, and other adventure implements, a spacious backyard with a fire pit, wood deck and grill, the most amazing hosting kitchen / living room / dining room / great room combo on the Peninsula. We're also walking distance to a fancy grocery store, Rick's Ice Cream, and the one and only Great Clips (ok, there's more than one...). Costco is a 2-minute drive.
