The land lady is very nice and accommodating, the neighbors are quiet, and it is a great location. It is a 10-15 min bike ride to Stanford Campus. I would be happy to show you the place this weekend.

I am also selling most of my furniture; ideally the next tenant would purchase most of it together for ease of moving. I'd bundle and sell all the furniture in the photos, except for the standing desk and mattress, for $300.
