The house is sparsely occupied and I will be away for the period Nov 25 - Dec 30 during which it is available. Would prefer to rent out for the whole period, and if not, dates are flexible. Rent is 300/week or 1250 a month (approx)

Very well located with an excellent living area and view.

Would be ideally passed on to a stanford affiliate during this period via a sublet.
