Large single room available in a 3 bedroom apartment. You only share the bathroom with one other person. The other 2 female housemates are in their early 20s and are a full time working professionals. There is plenty of closet space and sunlight.

The apartment is a 15 minute bike ride to Stanford and a 7 minute drive. It's also 15 minute walking distance to University Ave. 15 minute walk to CalTrain.

The lease is month to month but we're looking for someone who is able to stay long term.

$1300 per month with utilities averaging out to be about $30-40 per month.

Street parking is readily available with a permit. Room can come fully furnished (queen sized bed, bookcase, side table, lamp, dresser) for an additional fee. We're looking for someone who gets along well with the other apartmentmates and is clean, neat, and friendly! We're looking for a January 1st move-in or possibly late December.
