Hello! We are looking for someone to take over a bedroom in our lovely house in Midtown Palo Alto starting January 1st.

We are three women - one Stanford graduate student, one researcher at a Stanford lab, and one alum working in the area. We’re looking for an easy-going, friendly, considerate female-identifying roommate to join us. The room will be unfurnished, but the common spaces are furnished. The rent is $1487.50 (not including utilities). You’d be sharing a bathroom with two other folks.

The house is 4bed 2ba one-level with floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of natural light, and an additional room that we occasionally use as a guest room or collaborative workspace. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, and spacious fridge. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and central heating. There is ample free curbside parking, a driveway, and garage.

The house is located in a residential area with easy access to Highway 101. It is a short drive or bike ride to Stanford campus (4mi) and Google (3mi). Safeway, CVS, Teaspoon, and Philz are near by (<0.8 mi). It is also a very short walk away from Chabad Palo Alto.

The lease specifies no smoking or pets, but emotional support pets are welcome (and encouraged!) Our landlords are kind and responsive. We will prioritize long-term renters.
