Private room in a shared 3br/2ba apartment managed by a local real estate company. We're located in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood at the Sunnyvale-Cupertino border. You have a large (14x11), bright sunlit room, partially furnished with a bed, desk/tables, and chair plus a 7x3 lighted closet.

We're an easy walk or quick bike ride to Apple Park or DeAnza College. This is a great location with quick access to I-85 and I-280 (both about a mile away) as well as 17, 237, or 101 so it's a quick drive to most companies in the valley.

The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford (Dish) is 15 min away - if you take a right at the end of the street,
it's pretty much a straight line to Junipero Serra and Campus Drive. This is a suburban area with limited public transportation so a car is a necessity.

Three neighborhood shopping/restaurant centers with a dozen restaurants, banks and drugstores, and as well as a Crunch gym, are within a 6 minute walk. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and Safeway are all about a mile away. Nearby Serra Park has lighted tennis courts and a cookout/picnic area.

Move-in is first and last month's rent and a smaller security deposit. We share costs for internet and utilities. Sorry – no smoking or pets.

Please note - we're 2Ms, an Apple transfer from UK and an occasional editor, working remotely from home or in a relatively empty lab/office, and anticipate that's the same for you too, at least for the moment.
