Do you grind your teeth in your sleep? Join the Stanford Home Sleep Study, a remote research project investigating the relationship between sleep and well-being. Participate entirely from the comfort of your home, with no in-person contact.

Involves:
-Two health and well-being surveys
-Two virtual information sessions
-Two weeks of text surveys and observing your natural sleep from home, with three easy-to-wear devices sent to you in the mail
