Looking to fill an open room in a Palo Alto 3br 2ba house, starting Jan 1! Rent is $1000 for the bedroom, utilities not included. Utilities and wifi will be around $50-75 extra per month. Specifically looking to fill a spacious rooms which will share a bathroom. Rent is month-to-month but preference will be given to people who are willing to stay for 3 to 6 months (starting January). After 6 months, you have the option of staying longer if necessary. Features: You will have an in-unit laundry (washer and dryer), dishwasher, big outdoor patio and a parking garage for 2 cars. Your housemate will be a recent Stanford grad working at Stanford Medical School. The apartment is 6 min drive to Stanford, 10 min walk to Safeway/Cal Ave, and close to midtown! Room can be fully furnished including the bed. Available for Zoom or in-person tours. If you agree to move in, there will be a refundable security deposit in the amount of $1050.
