• Lush backyard with firepits, a hammock, and an occasional visiting cat
• Close to expressways (280, 85, Foothill), <20min drive to campus

The housemates:

• Three other late 20s/early 30s male housemates in science/tech academia and industry (they are very friendly :) and always beat me at board games)

Rent breakdown:

• $1,552.18 per month
• About $90-110 for utilities
• $1430 security deposit
