"Looking for female roommate who is clean and responsible. Townhouse has 2.5 bathrooms. The bathroom will be shared with one other girl. Bedroom is approximately 10ftx10ft. The Master bedroom will be shared with 3 girls. We are looking for this to be a 5 person household.
Application Fee - $35; Property management will run a background check and credit check.
1 Year Lease; Lease starts on January 10, 2022. Security deposit will be one month of rent. If you do leave earlier, please let other roommates know at least a month prior and courtesy to look for a replacement.
Not including amenities; amenities would be approximately $80. So total is expected around $1,105. The amenities bill would be renter insurance, water, electricity, and wifi.
2 car garage with plenty of street parking.
Location is by Great Mall in Milpitas with a 16 minute walk to the Milpitas Bart Station. Next to Trader Joe's and other stores"
