Address 355 Webster Street, Palo Alto. Quiet and safe neighborhood in a central and convenient location. 10min away from Caltrain Station by foot (also bus stop for Stanford Shuttle). 2 miles from heart of Stanford Campus, 6~min by car or 15-20min by bike.

Surrounding:
Quiet and beautiful neighborhood right next to heart of Palo Alto and 1 block away from University Avenue (shops and eateries). There are supermarket, CVS, park, many restaurants and cafes and gyms within 5-15min walking distance.

Your roommate and you:
Your flat-mate sharing the apartment is a female Stanford Postdoc. She is quiet and neat, can hang out and also respect personal space. We are looking for another female flat mate to sign a new lease with the landlord, lease starts at one year.
