We have a beautiful room available starting Feb 21st (negotiable) in our Menlo Park apartment, a 10 min bike ride away from Stanford's campus.

Apartment: 3-bedroom-2-bathroom apartment in a small complex (8 units, 2 stories) in Menlo Park. The bedroom (that is available for renting) has a shared bathroom with another occupant (female). (The master bedroom has its own bathroom). There is a large living room area and a very spacious and bright kitchen together with a dining room area.

Flatmates: 2 professional women in their 20s in tech. Both are respectful and very clean roommates, highly recommend them!

Utilities: Kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors and the rest of the apartment is hardwood. Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building -- there is also a great and affordable laundromat at walking distance if you prefer. The apartment is on a cul-de-sac and there is plenty of street parking. The apartment is a short bike ride away from Stanford's campus and a 3 min drive away from a 101 entrance (highway).

Available Room: hardwood floors, walk-in closet. Gas/Electric/Internet are separate - they usually run us about 40-100 per month (depending on the season) per person, including internet. Landlords pay for water, trash and provide a gardening service at no cost. Room comes unfurnished and with lots of space!
