• On a popular bike route to Stanford, Palo Alto, Mountain View, etc.
• Bathroom cleaned weekly and shared with two considerate and conscientious housemates.
• Bathroom has clearly allocated spaces for each housemate (designated shelving and shower bins).
• Laundry is onsite and included.
• Kitchen has designated cabinet/fridge/freezer spaces.
• Kitchen includes a dishwasher.
• Driveway and street parking available.
• Maintained backyard with mature trees and Meyer lemons.
• Furnished with full bed frame/mattress, new mattress cover, dresser, mirror, desk, night stand/lamp, curtains.

Current housemates are three guys: a developer working at Stitch Fix, a Stanford post-doc, and an intern working at a startup.

The vibe of the house is that we are all friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a quiet, respectful house with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone that is friendly and who also appreciates and independently contributes to clean common areas and a calm atmosphere. If you’re not cleaning up well after yourself you're asking the rest of us to deal with it which won't work here. If that sounds kinda harsh then this is likely not the house for you. If it sounds like a relief then you could be a fit.

First and last month's rent + $500 security deposit reserves the room.
Month to month sublease.
Internet and utilities are $70-130/month additional per person.
