I am currently renting a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Oak Creek Apartments and am seeking someone to take over my lease some time in April/May (negotiable) until June 25 when the lease ends (option to renew lease). I will be moving out around April or early May and plan to not finish my lease.
