I am currently renting a spacious 1 bed/1 bath apartment at 1400 Oak Creek Dr. I will be moving out due to a career change and am seeking someone to take over my lease which ends June 25. The tenant can take over the lease earliest April 15 and apply through the leasing office for the transfer of lease, but timing is negotiable if you would like to start later (May 1 for example). The tenant would lease from the start date until June 25, and will be free to continue the lease afterwards or discontinue.

The 672 sq ft corner unit apartment sits in the corner on the fourth floor of Oak Creek with no neighboring walls (outdoor stairs right next to the unit) and has a gorgeous view with balcony overlooking the university with optimal sunlight throughout the day. Quiet, clean, spacious, and convenient walk to Stanford hospital and Stanford shopping mall. Water and trash paid for by the apartment, and tenant pays for electricity and internet. Laundry units are down the hall on the same floor.
