$2,200
Hi! This is a very unique deal. I've managed to find a beautiful 3-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in downtown Palo Alto that is nearly the price of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful, a perfect location just a few blocks from the heart of downtown and Whole Foods. I was previously living at Stanford West which is an incredible apartment complex and although this one has fewer amenities (no gym, clubhouse, only one pool), I'm EXTREMELY excited to move here because the unit is nice, large, beautiful and airy.
I'm hoping to find one female roommate who wants to share the apartment, and would be potentially open to two. Rent would be ~$1500-2200 depending on occupancy. The reason the apartment is such a good deal is because they are ALMOST but not quite finished with construction updating some of the units.
About me:
-Female early thirties postdoc at Stanford
-Love yoga, pilates, peloton
-Quiet, very clean and respectful
About the apartment:
Spacious, light-filled 3 bed, 2 bath
1498 square feet
$4500 / month
Lease starts March 1 (negotiating for March 15, open to what works for you--I am flexible and they have other units available if it's later than March 15, but they can give a better deal for sooner)

I might have a friend who visits town rarely take a room, which would make it an even better deal. I will be getting a hypoallergenic bengal kitten (looks like a baby leopard) in June.
