I am looking for a swap for 4 months - April to July, as my husband will be a visiting scholar at Stanford and we want to live closer to Stanford in summer. We can offer: a Victorian studio 550sq ft around Dolores & 24th Street, the safest and most beautiful, super walkable district. Close to 101, 280, Bart, Muni trolleys, buses, including a corporate bus station for tech companies. Lots of storage inside the studio. Very high ceiling and large bay windows with a lot of light. Laundromat is in the street and no dedicated parking garage but usually there is space in the street. The place is close to Mission and Castro for a lot of fun clubs, cafes, restaurants, quick walk to exciting Dolores park.
In exchange we are also looking for at least a studio, biking distance to Stanford.
