Room for rent in a spacious condo in College Terrace, situated next to Stanford Campus and California Ave!
The spacious, 2 story unit has plenty of common space and storage as well as a nice back patio area with lots of sunlight.

Your room would be the second largest in the housewith a nice sized closet. You would share the upstairs bathroom.

Looking for a chill and respectful roommate (preferably female) who can mesh with the other ladies in the house. Early April move in preferred, targeting the start of the month.

You would have 3 lovely roommates (all female and in their mid to late 20s).

Roommate 1 (master bedroom): Roommate1 has the master bedroom and her own en suite bathroom. She works in tech and is a very chill and quite roommate. Loves snowboarding and music.

Roommate 2 (upstairs): Roommate 2 is one of the roommates you would share the upstair bathroom with. She is a tutor in the area. Loves reading, gardening and creating art (has an easel in the living room).

Roommate 3 (downstairs): Roommate 3 also uses the shower upstair but has a half bath downstairs for her own use. Works as a community manager at an elder care facility. Loves a good cup of coffee, stand up comedy, and is quite the pro with the air fryer.
