Hi! We currently have one master suite available in a spacious four-bedroom, three-bath home in a nice neighborhood in Redwood City. Extremely convenient location—less than 7 minutes away from downtown Redwood City, Caltrain, Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, and Target. 10 minutes away from Stanford (15-20 min on bike). 25 minutes away from SFO.

About the room:

The Master Suite is large [~350sqft] - A Californian king-size bed takes up less than half the space. It will come furnished with a CB2 king-size bed with matching book shelf. Plenty of room to put in your desk, sofa, etc. Lots of storage space—there is one closet in the actual bedroom and an additional mirrored closet in the bathroom. The bathroom comes with two sinks and ample space.

Utilities typically run at ~$100 per month.

Preferred move-in date would be April 30. Lease duration negotiable (6, 12-month or longer leases).

It’s a pretty calm house—we’re friends and hang out regularly, but are generally respectful of each other’s space and there aren’t usually a ton of guests filtering in and out.

About us:

Clinical Research Coordinator at Stanford Hospital + Stanford grad working on her own startup + female Berkeley graduate currently working as a research associate in a genetics lab at Stanford. All of us are in our late 20s.
