Large master bedroom of 2bed/1bath available to sublet from April 28 - June 9. Dates negotiable.
$1700/month, or $2500 for the entire 6 weeks. All utilities included.

Living/dining room and kitchen furnished. Bedroom will include a queen sized bed and computer chair (potentially also a desk), but most bedroom furniture will be moved, as I'm moving out. Two large closets available and unoccupied for your things. Free parking (uncovered, around the apartment complex) -- we can negotiate you also using my car for no additional charge, since it will be available.

Other bedroom is occupied, with shared bathroom (but extra sink and large mirror right outside the bathroom).
Women preferred for comfort of other roommate who is also a woman, but we can pre-meet and work it out either way!

There is a cat in the apartment, be aware if you have allergies! No other pets allowed, sorry.
