Fully furnished room (requires $150 purchase of existing furniture - includes bed, table, desk, drawers)
1 month rent deposit required ($2700, returned when your lease ends)
1 room available starting June 1st, 2022 (3 rooms in space, 2 occupied)
You'd be living with two female working professionals -- very friendly, clean, quiet and respectful
Lease ends September 30, 2022, but there is an option to extend the lease beyond that. Would prefer someone who can take on the lease for at least a year.
It is a beautiful fully furnished house with a spacious living room. All basic kitchen items (microwave/sandwich maker/blender/pots and pans) will be available in the apartment.
Located in a very quiet, safe, and convenient residential neighborhood near downtown mountain view
Bathroom shared with one another roommate
30 minutes walk to MV Caltrain station;5 minutes drive to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, downtown mountain view etc
$4 per load for washer and dryer together (laundry room adjacent to the apartment)
Garage parking negotiable
