Room available for move-in mid May to early June! It’s is in a shared 4-bedroom 2 bath apartment, close to Stanford University and Highway 101.

The Room:

• Top floor apartment, 4 bdrm/ 2 bath
• Additional storage in carport (great for bikes)
• Large common area living room with lots of sunlight through big glass sliding doors
• Full, shared kitchen with electric stove, oven, countertop dishwasher and microwave
• Coin operated laundry for apartment complex
• Non-smoking indoors

The Neighborhood:

• Very close to Highway 101
• Great for walking and running
• Bike-friendly
• Short walk to neighborhood grocery store
• Less than 3 mi to downtown Palo Alto, CalTrain station, Safeway grocery, pharmacy, and public library
• 15 min drive to Stanford University, 1 min to Highway 101
• Very limited street parking (if you have a car you’d need to pay an extra $50 a month to park in the complex, or park for free in a street 10 minutes away from the apartment )

Rent and Utilities:
Rent is $800/month, plus ~$50 for utilities/internet. If you’d like a parking spot it’s an extra $50 a month. The deposit is $825. Small to mid sized dogs are allowed and require an additional pet deposit of $500. no cats unless they are hypoallergenic Available for move-in for one person, no couples. Priority to those looking for long-term stay (6 months or longer).

Your Housemates:
You will have three housemates. One is a man in his mid 20s. The other two are women in their mid 20s but both will be moving out in July or August (for grad school). They have tentatively found two men in their mid 20s to replace them, so we’d prefer you to be male identified. People who inherit this apartment tend to be pretty friendly, respectful of each other's space, and will occasionally hangout and play board games! We’re looking for someone that enjoys living with other people.
