Hi everyone! My name is Nicole and I am current 1st yr PhD student in an off-campus subsidized apartment. Currently, I am looking for a roommate.

I intend on re-applying for my current apartment, Seven Oaks, in the housing lottery for the 22/23 academic year. It is a 2BR/2BA apartment in Menlo Park (12 min bike from med campus, 30 min walk, 8 min bus ride). It is a quiet, residential space with easy access to Safeway, CVS, and a post office.

I am quiet, clean, respectful, and generally keep to myself; I am looking for someone else who shares these qualities. This would be a good living arrangement for a mature graduate student seeking a calm and well-kept space.
