Sublet available on-campus in a fully-furnished Rains 4 bed 2 bath for this summer from June 5 - September 3 (start and end dates are flexible). I’m subletting as I’ll be doing an internship on the east coast during this time. Your roommates will be 3 male PhD students in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years. They are great roommates and are friendly and respectful. There is also a cat who is sweet and generally well-behaved. For the sublet, we are looking for someone who is ok with quiet hours from ~12am - 8am and is conscientious about keeping common spaces clean. The apartment is $1389/month, happy to prorate.
