Searching for two additional apartment mates(FEMALE ONLY) to rent an off-campus apartment with me within 15-20 minutes from Stanford. Hoping to have three people in the apartment (including myself) in a two bedroom one bathroom, must be financially stable and looking to move in FALL QUARTER (beginning mid-September) ! If looking for a single room, the price will be $1,750 monthly but if looking for a larger shared room the price will be $1,000 monthly contingent upon finding a roommate to share with. I will furnish all common areas so you are just responsible for your own personal items in your room. The intended apartment is in a closed safe community with amenities including in-unit washer and dryer, private balcony, gym, pool and spa, grill area, clubhouse with a yoga room, night patrol, and more. The apartment has hardwood flooring with clean fresh carpeting in rooms with full closets.
