A large private bedroom ~180sqft in a four-bedroom house on a big 1/3 acre lot available with a flexible start date on or slightly before July 1. The current tenant is looking to sell his furniture and the room will come furnished. The house includes a great full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 4k TV. An onsite washer and dryer is located in the garage. The bathroom will be shared with two other tenants. There is ample parking in the driveway for every housemate plus several guests. Our backyard has a patio for hosting events, and there are multiple fruit trees. Importantly, our landlord lives nearby, and he is incredibly attentive to any problems that arise. Honestly, this is one of the most amazing houses in the area and it is in a great location.

The location of the house is two blocks from University Ave in The Willows neighborhood of Menlo Park. It is about a mile walk/drive from downtown Palo Alto and the Caltrain, and it is a 3 minute drive to the entrance of the 101. The center of Stanford’s campus is a 10-minute bike ride away on bike friendly streets, and we are less than a 10-minute drive from Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Costco, and Target. We are close to Facebook, Google, and Tesla as well.

Currently, 3 males aged 26, 29, and 30 live in the house. All a currently enrolled, affiliated with, or are recent graduates from Stanford. We are searching for new roommates that are kind, clean, friendly, and looking for a 1+ year lease. Our landlord prefers that the new roommate has some sort of present or past affiliation with Stanford.
