1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment starting September 1st, but that's flexible on a case by case basis.

The bedroom can include a full size mattress + bed frame, desk + chair, and night stand upon request (all displayed in the pictures attached) for a nominal fee.

The common areas of the apartment are fully furnished - large living and dining room w/ a 40" mounted TV with Netflix, Disney+ etc. Kitchen appliances include recently upgraded dishwasher, microwave, stovetop/oven, and fridge/freezer/water dispenser.

There is in-unit laundry (washer +dryer), so no need to waste quarters anymore!

The underground garage includes a bike rack to lock your bike onto for free. Free parking is available right outside of the apartment building, or on neighboring streets <0.5 mi from the apartment.

The apartment is situated in the Charleston Meadows neighborhood, about 5 minutes away from convenient stores - Target, Safeway, Walmart, Grocery Outlet, and a 25 minute bike ride to Stanford/ 15 minute drive. If you enjoy running and biking, the apartment is a stone's throw away from the Baylands/ Bay Trail! You would be living with 2 other Stanford graduate students, thus the apartment environment is pretty relaxed, quiet and peaceful.

The rent is $1454/month + utilities (about $75) with a $1667 deposit.
