The student housing rent goes up in September, so the rent would be $1389 for the first two months and $1438 for September. The apartment has a TV, laundry facilities are downstairs and the apartment is equipped with an AC. THere are our three other Indian students in the apartment. I will be leaving my bike and monitor behind too for the summer for the use of the tenant.
