A large master bedroom with private bathroom is available starting June 4th in a 2B/2B Palo Alto apartment. There will be three total residents in the apartment: one in the secondary bedroom, one in the living room converted into a bedroom, and one in the master bedroom which is available. If interested, the current tenant's bedroom furniture is for sale.

The apartment is within an apartment building that is a 3 min walk to Cal Ave and a ~12 min bike ride to main campus! Groceries, restaurants, banks, and parks are within walking distance. Rent is $1350 a month plus utilities split evenly (trash, water, heat, electricity, and wifi). Security deposit is $333. Preference to those who can move in June 4th and stay the full length of the lease (until end of May 2023), but can consider those who have shorter-term housing needs.

About current tenants: Both of us are women in mid-twenties working in Stanford and Palo Alto. We like to use the apartment as a quiet place to unwind, read, or study at the end of the day.
