Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate to join our home. We are two recent grads working in tech and biotech in the area.

The house is located in Downtown Menlo Park/Atherton. This gives easy access to the Caltrain (8 min walk), Trader Joes, Safeway, and lots of restaurants. Fairly easy access to Stanford campus as well, via Caltrain/Marguerite routes.

About the house: This is a 3bed/2ba house. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Large living room, and there is a lot of storage space/ multiple hallway closets. In-house washer and dryer. There is a sunroom, lots of parking space and a tree filled yard area.

The bedroom is currently furnished with a Full sized bed and mattress (purchased new less than 1 year ago), and a desk. You can choose to replace these items with your own if you’d like. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The lease would begin on July 1st 2022, and is a one year lease. Earlier move-in can be discussed. Rent is $1385/month + utilities which have been around $140/month.
