I am a 28 year old female who works at Stanford. I have a 2 bed 1 bath apartment available. I will be occupying one room and am looking for some one to move in the other room. The place is situated on Ventura Avenue, Palo Alto. Really close to Stanford Research Park and 10 min bike ride to Stanford.

Its close to all stores and restaurants, and 2 min walk to Caltrain station.

The apartment has heater in it. The water and garbage is covered by the apartments. The utilities will come out to be around $50-$100 per month, but hey! you will save alot on gas.

The deposit is $1000. The room will be available from June 1st onwards. The room will be given to the person on a first come first serve basis. The move-in date can be worked around.
