Do you live in one of the baking hot EV studios and are tired of being told the way to keep cool is to eat a salad? I've got a great window unit for you, which I used when I lived in studio 6 and in my current spot. I can't keep it because I'm moving to a spot with different windows, but it works great for the studio space. I've been at Stanford for many years--it just gets worse without A/C, and just wait until "water abatement" when it's 110 degrees and you can't even get AC in the libraries.

Anyway, located in college terrace or I can deliver within reasonable distance.

PS: probably won't work well for a space that's too much bigger than the studios as this is best for efficiently cooling a small space.
