We are currently looking for new tenants for two 4BR / 2.5BA houses in Menlo Park. Perfect for groups of 3-4 who are looking for well-below-market rent in a great area, along with a fun living environment. New leases would start July 1.

Average rent is extremely low at ~$1,375 per person ($5,500 per house). The houses are a 12-15 minute drive to Stanford campus or a 20-30 minute bike ride. Because these houses have been part of the Stanford GSB's "passdown" system for several years, each comes fully furnished (tables, sofas, kitchenware, mattresses, beds, etc) for a passdown fee of $7,750 per house. You will get this fee back when you pass the house down to new tenants, and you therefore don't have to worry about moving anything! Happy to discuss the passdown fee if it's unclear how it works.
