We are offering a free private room with private bathroom in a Palo Alto single family house to a Stanford student who loves children (Native Spanish speaking preferred) with your commitment to help babysit 2 toddler girls ,2 year old and 4 year old around dinner time and before bedtime, 5:30pm to 8:30pm each day. You are also welcome to have dinner together if you are willing to eat with the family. Female student only since both toddlers are girls.

It will be perfect if you are looking for a room but want to save money for rent;
If you love children;
If you are energetic and enjoy spending time with little kids, love music or sports.
If you are a native Spanish speaker, it's great since both toddlers go to Spanish immersion daycares and would love to learn more Spanish from you.
We live 10 mins away from Stanford university.

Our house is 2-story in a beautifully tree lined bicycle boulevard. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a family room, a bathroom and a balcony, your room will be one of the 2 bedrooms, it's spacious and has plenty of light. The house has central air conditioning and an attic as a partial 3rd floor so the room on the second floor is cool during summer. The toddlers will sleep in the other bedroom on the second floor. Others (father, mother and grandmother) live downstairs with a little baby. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs.
The upstairs bathroom is for your own use, only shared with the toddlers before their bedtime for potty and teeth brushing.
If you are willing to help beyond evening, such as during daytime of the weekend, you get paid hourly for any extra time.
